Is Windjammer 314 actually on the beach?
Do you have direct access to the beach? |
Yes. There is nothing separating you from the Atlantic Ocean except the sliding glass windows.
Yes. Windjammer has a very nice boardwalk that leads from the condos directly to the white sands of the Atlantic shore.

Is there a Jacuzzi
in this unit? |
Yes, there is a Jacuzzi tub in the beautiful Master Suite.

Can I sit out and
watch the sunrise
or sunset? |
Yes, there are decks on both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway sides of the condo. You can sit outside and enjoy the view in both directions.

What does the
second bedroom
look like? |
Here’s a photo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin pull-out loveseat.

Is the Kitchen
fully equipped? |
Yes. Silestone countertops as well as a dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and more have been installed. The fully functional kitchen also contains a coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and everything you need for cooking, if you choose to do so.

Do you have
TV's in the rooms? |
Yes. Both the living room and the master suite have very nice televisions that are HD compatible. The TV in the living room also has a DVD player. The TVs are neatly tucked away in media cabinets for the times when you would like them out of sight.

Does Windjammer
314 have its own
laundry? |
Yes. There is a full-size washer and dryer inside the condo unit just off of the kitchen.

Is your unit available
for rent just for a
few days? |
No. At this time Windjammer 314 requires a minimum of a one-week rental, starting and ending on Saturdays. Monthly and long-term stay rentals are available, too.

Is there convenient
parking?
|
Yes, Windjammer has garage parking available on the ground floor with easy access to elevators, and additional parking available outside the garage. Handicapped parking is also available.

Can we grill out
and BBQ at
Windjammer? | Yes and No. You are allowed to use your own electric grill outside, but there are restrictions on the use of gas and charcoal grills. Keep in mind that there are several great restaurants nearby.

What other amenities
does Windjammer
offer? | Windjammer is a private, gated condominium community. Besides direct beach access, the community offers a large swimming pool and tennis courts. There’s a fishing and boat dock across the street, but please note, overnight docking is not allowed.

| What are the sleeping accommodations? | There is a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom plus a pull-out twin loveseat, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
|
| Is smoking allowed? | No, guests are not permitted to smoke inside Windjammer 314 or on the balconies.
|
| Are children allowed? | Yes, children 12 years old and older are allowed.
|
Do you offer any
discounts? | Yes, we honor AAA, Florida Resident, Group, Military and Senior Citizen discounts. We also sometimes offer seasonal specials. Just ask.

Is express check-in/check-out
available? | Yes.

| What form of payment do you accept? | We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Personal and Travelers Checks.

| Is Windjammer 314 furnished? | Yes, all rooms are fully furnished so your stay will be comfortable. There are even some games, children’s water toys, and novels.

| Do you have a property manager and maintenance personnel on site? | Yes, Mon. – Fri., 8a.m. – 4 p.m. After hours, you can contact our answering service in an emergency (that number is provided upon check-in), and the service will immediately call the property manager.
